ProFit Boxing Accreditation Courses

ProFit offers four boxing courses:

Level 1 Boxing Accreditation
An interactive, informative and physical training seminar designed to teach fitness professionals the basic foundation skills in boxing. Level 2 Advanced Boxing Accreditation

The course will involve advanced punch and movement drills, how to use different types of equipment and how to make boxing specialised with drills and classes for specific goals.
Master Pad Holding Superworkshop
Get ready for the seminar that will take you from advanced to master by learning training methods used by today's professional fighters. Boxing Class Instructor Course
