LEVEL 1 - BOXING WORKSHOP
What’s involved in Level 1?
Level 1 profit boxing workshop is an interactive, informative and physical training seminar designed to teach fitness professionals the basic foundation skills into boxing. The course arms trainers with a variety of skills including executing basic boxing techniques, effective pad holding and how to structure boxing classes that add variety, co-ordination and greater self confidence to participants.

Learn how to explain and demonstrate basic boxing combinations including jab, power, slips, ducks and rock aways.

LEVEL 2 - BOXING WORKSHOP
What’s involved in level 2?
ProFit level 2 is a powerful seminar designed for trainers who wish to develop their client’s skill and fitness levels by incorporating advanced boxing into their sessions.
The course will involve advanced punch and movement drills, how to use different types of equipment and how to make boxing specialized with drills and classes designed for specific goals.
Who can do level 2?
Due to the high skill level of the course it is a requirement that level 1 profit or an equivalent course be completed prior to the workshop.

Learn not only how to throw but also how to explain the hook, uppercut and body rip.

Learn how to move and feel like a boxer with our bop, weave and slip drills.

Maximising the Use of Various Types of Equipment
Take your training sessions to another level by learning how to use the floor to ceiling, heavy bag and the shadow boxer.

Level 2 Combinations
Effective and explosive combinations incorporating all progressive punch and movement skills.

Structuring Sessions and Classes for Specific Goals
Whether you are training athletes or the general population know how to get specific in boxing with incredible sessions designed for weight loss, anaerobic conditioning, explosiveness, agility and power training.
Do I get CEC or PDP Points?
Upon completion each course is worth 5 CEC points and 2 PDP points. All participants receive a comprehensive training manual, and a set of straps. |
